Between: ALL THINGS BEAUTIFUL PHOTOGRAPHY
3063 Glenridge Circle, Merritt Island, FL 32953
Hereinafter, called “Photographer”
AND
Client

WHEREAS Photographer is in the business of providing professional photographic services and products (“Coverage”), AND Client is desirous of engaging Photographer to provide such Coverage; Now therefore for good and valuable consideration received the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. PAYMENT: An initial deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve date and time, enclosed with one copy of this signed contract and a check made out to AnnMarie Hurston. Or payments are accepted by cash, PayPal, or credit. (fees may apply). The balance of base fee will be paid by 7 days before wedding. In the event this contract is not completed, at no fault to Photographer, all deposits paid are non-refundable.

2. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Photographer will only use good quality professional materials; however, Photographer does not guarantee that all colors will be reproduced with absolute accuracy in Photographer’s images. In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Wedding. In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer's control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the Photographer liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Wedding. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.

3. COPYRIGHT: It is expressly agreed that all rights to exclusive use and ownership, including copyright, of digitally-or electronically-produced images, or any material produced by Photographer and any reproductions there from are reserved by Photographer for photographer’s benefit, whether public display and/or in all media and in all manners including composite and/or enhanced representations, for advertising, trade, educational materials or any other lawful purposes. Client may not reproduce photos without a Print release from photographer.
